Job Requirements:


Strong computer skills  Advanced Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
Strong multi-tasking ability
Detail oriented, organized self-starter with an ability to prioritize work load
Professional image in appearance, words and actions
Key responsibilities include candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, vetting, interviewing and 
Work closely with recruiters and perform administrative functions
Draft candidate presentations for client submissions
Build successful relationships with candidates, senior management and individuals involved in the 
hiring process
Draft and post job listings on internal and external career pages as well as external job boards
Actively update status in recruitment database in timely manner throughout the various stages of 
the recruiting/interview process
Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
Perform research projects
