Job Title: Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk / Office Administrator
Job Location: IL - Chicago
We are a well-established company looking to fill a position for an Office Administrator. This position
involves an extremely high level of organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and the ability to
prioritize tasks assigned. Applicants should have exceptional typing skills, computer literacy, and data entry
speed / accuracy.
This position will involve multiple duties including but not limited to;
Inbound Phone Sales
General office duties: faxing, filing, scanning, letter drafting, organizing, etc...
Accounts receivable calls and mailings
Data entry: invoicing, bill entry, payment entry
Electronic entry of inventory & build assemblies
Excellent phone skills
Proficient typing skills (minimum of 25 words per minute)
Attention to detail
High level of accuracy
Dependable and Reliable
Experience in the following is required: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Experience in QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
Speak and Write clearly in English
Spanish is beneficial but not required
The position offers an excellent compensation package: Hourly based on experience. 401K Available.

This is a Part Time and Full time position with the potential to be a Full Time position with hours between
Monday - Friday 9:00AM and 5:30PM.
